Who Am I?
Since I became a San Carlos-focused Realtor in 2007, I have been consistently ranked in the top 5 of agents serving the San Carlos market. In 2015, I was the #4 ranked individual agent in total sales volume for San Carlos homes. Along with my business partner Bob Bredel, we were far and away the top sales team servicing the San Carlos market in 2015!
I have been a resident of the San Francisco Peninsula for the past 51 years...long before the term "Silicon Valley" was coined. For the past 27 years, I have lived in San Carlos and as you can tell from my posts, I am very passionate about this little town. I think San Carlos is one of the greatest places on the planet -- that's why I live in here, and why I love to share what I know about it with you.
I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and I proudly bring 20+ years of successful high-tech sales experience to the real estate field. I also believe in giving back to the community that I call home. When I'm not helping people buy and sell homes, you might find me on a local soccer field as a volunteer referee for San Carlos AYSO.
